My blog reached 300 followers today. The number overwhelmed me, considering that here, I write basically about soap, that is not exactly a mass hobby.
I won´t miss the opportunity, in first place, to thanks you all, for taking the time to read my soaper chitchat, and in second place, to show Gerard Butler abs, because without lathering them, I can´t imagine any circumstance to show pics like that on a soap blog.

So this anatomy display goes for you. You´re amazing, and with you, I´would defend Thermopylae or whatever comes.
Kisses

Intercambio Internacional en Soap Artist: Mi jabón de Pensilvania

International Soap Swap: My soap from Pennsylvania

And now, in honnor to Dennise....Ups, I hope not to make lots of spelling mistakes writting in english. I haven´t done it for centuries.

I took part in the International Soap Swap planned by Julia from Soap Artists, and today, the postman surprised me with a parcel coming from Pittsburgh, USA. The sender is Dennise. Her blog, Briny Bar Soap is a showcase for handmade soap art.
I don´t want to keep you waiting, so..TA-DAHH! Here you have Dennise´s soaps.

The big one, Soynut, is made of soy milk and nuts, smartly speckled with almond and walnut powder. It contains vegetable oils and butters, from sustanaible cultivation, and when you use it, it is exactly as soft and creamy as it seems.
The first thing that surprise from the small one, Black Magic Banana, is the wonderful blend of scents: Clove leaf and star anise essential oils. Blending these two EOs together never crossed my mind, but the blend is special and I love it. Soap also lathers a lot and left my skin soft and with a wonderful sensation. It really lives up to it's name.
I also love the labels, made from recycled paper and newspaper. An original, aesthetic, ecologic, and definitely perfect finish. Thanks a lot, Dennise, for these beautiful soaps. I´m delighted with my presents, and I just wanted to share it with you all.
